For candidates seeking more hands-on support, Build-Out services provide assistance translating and organizing your documented hours into fully written, structured tracker entries.
This service is designed for those who are actively completing hours or have already completed them, but need support translating handwritten notes or placeholder entries into a clear, organized, and submission-ready tracker.
How it Works
Step 1: SPE Strategy Session
This session is designed to provide clarity on your tracker, identify gaps or areas for improvement, and outline next steps—whether or not you continue with Build-Out support.
During this 45-minute session, we will:

Review your current tracker, notes, or materials

Clarify your experience and documentation approach

Identify gaps, placeholders, or areas needing expansion

Determine a recommended starting number of build-out hours
After this session, you'll have:

A clearer understanding of how your hours should be structured

Insight into gaps or areas needing expansion

A recommended plan for tracking hours and organizing your tracker

An estimate of time needed for additional support
Step 2: Build-Out Support
Following the initial session, work is completed outside of appointments and tracked hourly based on your individual needs. Most candidates begin with approximately 3–6 hours of support, depending on where they are in the tracking process and how their hours are currently documented.
What to Expect

Time is applied only to active work on your tracker, including organization, writing, formatting, and necessary follow-up.

Brief check-ins or additional calls may be used as needed for accuracy

Timeline

Most projects are completed within 2-4 weeks, although turnaround time varies based on the scope of your tracker and responsiveness to any clarification questions.
